TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MYLOOK!

1. Ownership and user-generated content (UGC)

License: Mylook! does not own your clothing images. However, by uploading images, you grant the platform the right to store, edit (such as background removal), and display those images in your virtual wardrobe system.

Community standards: Uploading sensitive, obscene, copyright-infringing images, or images unrelated to fashion/clothing is strictly prohibited. If violated, Mylook! may delete images or lock your account without prior notice.

2. Image copyright and user responsibility

You retain full ownership of wardrobe images uploaded to the system. You are solely responsible for the copyright, intellectual property rights, and legality of all image content you provide.

Mylook! only provides storage space and technology tools to display, edit, and organize your personal wardrobe. We do not endorse and assume no legal liability for any images uploaded by users, and may remove content that infringes copyright following third-party complaints without prior notice.

3. AI features and data

Use of data for training: User images and styling may be anonymized (personal information removed) to train AI suggestion algorithms to improve service quality.

Location access: For weather-based suggestions, the app needs your current location data. This data is used only to retrieve weather information and is never used to track your personal schedule.

Disclaimer: AI suggestions are for reference only. The platform is not responsible if AI suggests outfits that are inappropriate for real circumstances or personal preferences.

4. Fashion Game and community rules

Fair play: Cheating, using bots for automatic check-ins or farming points, or creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate leaderboard results is strictly prohibited.

Community interaction: For comments or interactions with others’ outfits, bullying, hate speech, insults, or advertising spam are strictly prohibited.

5. Account and data handling

Suspension/termination: Mylook! may stop providing services, suspend, or permanently delete your account if you violate any of the terms above without prior notice.
